Characterized by its large Ø21mm orbit and Ø150 mm RUPES backing pad, the electric LHR 21ES random orbital polisher is perfect for working on extensive surface areas. The well-balanced polisher, along with the Ø150/180 mm foam polishing pads from the RUPES BigFoot range, guarantees fast cutting and a flawless finish.

RANDOM ORBITAL: The backing plate follows an orbit (the amplitude of which is determined by the distance between the rotation axis of the drive shaft and the central axis of the backing plate) and can freely rotate around its own central axis. The backing plate rotates at various speeds and directions due to the centrifugal force from the offset movement and the friction effects. If the friction forces are strong enough to halt the rotation of the disc while the tool is still running, the random orbital movement will simply become an orbital movement. The disc rotations are variable and independent of the number of orbits executed. The random orbital movement currently represents the best balance between effectiveness and surface treatment quality.

ANTISPINNING SHROUD
The dual function antispinning shroud is crafted to safeguard the operator from the moving parts and acts as a clutch for the backing pad, reducing stress on the foam polishing pad when it is not in direct contact with the surface.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL MODULE
The speed controller on the handle is practical and user-friendly. The speed of the polisher can be adjusted during use, preventing any interruption of the polishing process.

ON-OFF SWITCH LOCK
Pressing the button on the LEFT-hand side of the handgrip during polishing locks the on-off switch. This feature allows the operator to change their hand positions freely while the tool is in operation.
