Returns & Refunds policy

1. Our Returns & Refunds policy ensures that our customers have a hassle-free experience when it comes to returning or exchanging products

2. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 15 days of receiving it. We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria, and if approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

4. In case you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team manpreet@automastersolution.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will provide you with a solution.

5. We don not have any control on shipping, So if a product arrives late we are very sorry for that .

6. We strive to provide the best customer service and make the return or refund process as convenient as possible.

7. Shipping charges will be deducted out from the total amount paid to usually $15 CAD and will refund you the rest of the amount

8. Sale items and clearance items cannot be refunded.
