Returns & Refunds Policy

At Auto Master Solution, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our Returns & Refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns on any products unless the item received is defective or damaged.

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must record a video showing the defect and send it to manpreet@automastersolution.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Once the defect is verified, we will send you a replacement product. Refunds are not issued for defective products; only replacements will be provided.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Chemicals and liquids are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable due to safety and regulatory reasons.

• Sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping & Handling

• We do not have control over shipping delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any late arrivals.

• In cases where a return is approved (for defective items), shipping charges of $15 CAD will be deducted from the total amount before processing the replacement.
