Returns, Refunds & Product Warranty Policy
Auto Master Solution
At Auto Master Solution, we are committed to providing quality automotive products and services. By purchasing products from Auto Master Solution, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Returns, Refunds & Product Warranty Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales of window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and other specialty films are final and non-refundable once sold.
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after the product has been sold, except where required by applicable law or where expressly covered by the limited warranty described below.
This policy applies whether the product is sold as a roll, partial roll, cut material, or otherwise.
2. Window Tint Limited Warranty — 5 Years
Our window tint film is covered by a limited warranty for five (5) years from the original date of purchase against:
Premature dullness; and
Abnormal or premature color fading.
The warranty applies only to defects in the film itself and does not cover damage, deterioration, or changes caused by installation, use, maintenance, accidents, misuse, improper care, chemicals, scratching, abrasion, environmental conditions, or any other cause outside the manufacturing of the film.
Normal changes in appearance resulting from age, exposure, cleaning, environmental conditions, or ordinary wear and tear are not necessarily considered warranty defects.
3. PPF Limited Warranty — 10 Years
Our Paint Protection Film (PPF) is covered by a limited warranty for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and exclusions contained in this policy.
The warranty applies only to qualifying defects in the PPF material itself and does not cover damage or deterioration caused by improper installation, improper maintenance, accidents, impact, misuse, chemicals, contamination, scratches, cuts, abrasions, environmental conditions, improper washing or cleaning, or other circumstances unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
4. Warranty Remedy
If a qualifying manufacturing defect is verified and approved by Auto Master Solution during the applicable warranty period, Auto Master Solution's sole warranty obligation is limited to providing replacement material equal to the defective material, subject to availability.
The warranty covers the cost of the film/roll material only.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the warranty does not cover:
Installation or reinstallation costs;
Labour charges;
Removal of previously installed film;
Vehicle preparation or detailing;
Transportation or shipping costs;
Lost time or other incidental expenses;
Damage to the vehicle or other property; or
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses or expenses.
The warranty does not provide for a cash refund.
5. Proof of Purchase Required
A valid original Auto Master Solution invoice or proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
The invoice must be provided so that Auto Master Solution can verify the original purchase date, product, quantity, and other relevant transaction information for its records.
Warranty coverage cannot be confirmed without sufficient proof of purchase.
6. Warranty Claim Procedure

The customer may be required to provide:
The original invoice or proof of purchase;
Photographs and/or videos showing the alleged defect;
Product information, including the product type and roll information where applicable;
Details regarding the date and circumstances in which the issue was discovered; and
Any other reasonable information necessary to evaluate the claim.
Auto Master Solution reserves the right to inspect, evaluate, test, or request additional evidence before determining whether a warranty claim is valid.
A warranty claim is not considered approved until Auto Master Solution has confirmed approval in writing.
7. Warranty Exclusions
The limited warranties described above do not cover products or damage resulting from:
Improper installation;
Installation by an unauthorized or unqualified installer;
Improper handling, storage, or transportation;
Incorrect installation procedures;
Improper cleaning or maintenance;
Use of incompatible chemicals, cleaners, tools, or equipment;
Scratches, cuts, punctures, abrasions, impact, or physical damage;
Accidents, vandalism, or intentional damage;
Normal wear and tear;
Environmental or weather-related conditions;
Contamination or exposure to substances that may damage the product;
Modifications, alterations, or repairs;
Failure to follow the manufacturer's care or maintenance recommendations; or
Any condition or circumstance outside the reasonable control of Auto Master Solution.
8. Chemicals and Liquids
All chemicals, liquids, cleaners, solutions, and similar products are final sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any chemical or liquid product purchased is suitable for their intended application before purchase.
9. Sale and Clearance Products
All sale, promotional, clearance, discounted, and final-sale products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Any warranty expressly provided for a product remains subject to the specific terms of that warranty.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Auto Master Solution is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, courier services, customs, weather, transportation interruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping delays do not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or compensation.
Where Auto Master Solution approves shipment of replacement warranty material, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping, handling, or other delivery charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. No Refund for Warranty Claims
A warranty claim does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Where a qualifying defect is confirmed, the available remedy is replacement material only, subject to the terms and limitations of this policy and applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Master Solution's liability arising from the sale of products covered by this policy is limited to the remedies expressly stated in this policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Master Solution will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, labour costs, installation costs, removal costs, or other related expenses arising from the purchase, installation, use, inability to use, or failure of a product.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer protection, statutory warranty, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and before installation or use.
Any visible damage, incorrect product, shortage, or suspected defect should be reported to Auto Master Solution as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, before the product is installed or altered.
Installation of a product constitutes confirmation by the customer or installer that the product has been received and accepted for installation, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. No Transfer of Warranty
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Auto Master Solution, the limited warranties described in this policy apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable to subsequent owners, purchasers, vehicles, or other parties.
15. Warranty Period
The applicable warranty period begins on the original purchase date shown on the Auto Master Solution invoice.
The warranty does not restart or extend because replacement material is provided.
16. Changes to This Policy
Auto Master Solution reserves the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. The version of the policy applicable to a purchase will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
17. Governing Law
This policy is intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the transaction and the jurisdiction in which Auto Master Solution operates, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to the customer.
18. Acknowledgment
By purchasing products from Auto Master Solution, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review this Returns, Refunds & Product Warranty Policy and understands that window tint and PPF are final-sale products and are not refundable once sold, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
