CARPRO Reset was designed to be the ideal companion for nanotechnology-based sealants and coatings, featuring cleaning capabilities specifically suited to their distinct requirements. By utilizing advanced pH surfactants, Reset effectively dissolves road dirt and traffic films with the efficacy of an alkaline cleaner, while remaining gentle on the surface like a pH-neutral shampoo. After use, Reset rinses away effortlessly, leaving no soap residues or intrusive silicones, and revitalizing the beading and dirt-repelling properties (the ‘Hydrophobic Effect’) of the surface to assist in preserving its protection. Coupled with exceptional lubrication, vigorous foaming action for enhanced dirt suspension, and a high dilution ratio, this results in a highly efficient and cost-effective wash. Simultaneously, Reset is predominantly made from naturally derived, organic ingredients, making it safe for both the environment and the user, as well as for the vehicle. Fill the wash bucket with 3 to 4 gallons of water, adding approximately 1 oz. of Reset as the bucket fills to mix the shampoo solution and activate the foam. (4 capfuls of Reset = 1 oz)
Pre-rinse the vehicle with flowing water to eliminate loose debris, and wash it out of direct sunlight from the top down using our CARPRO Merino Wool Wash Mitt or Microfiber Madness Incredisponge, rinsing the mitt/sponge occasionally in a second bucket filled with clear water.
Avoid letting the shampoo dry on the surface! After washing, rinse the vehicle thoroughly with free-flowing water to remove any shampoo residue, and dry it with a Dry Me Crazy Jr. or a forced-air blower.
If needed, utilize CARPRO Spotless to eliminate hard water spots, and apply either Reload or Hydro2 to enhance the vehicle’s protection.
